GLE Living provides supported accommodation that combines:

Our Approach

Our homes are calm, settled environments designed to feel like real places to live, not placements. We operate small settings with limited occupancy to promote stability, safety, and consistent relationships between young people and staff.

Each property is actively managed and regularly maintained, supported by a staffing model that ensures 24-hour oversight, including daytime staff and overnight cover. Where risk assessments identify higher levels of need, staffing is enhanced to provide additional support.

Safeguarding is central to everything we do. We operate in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, with clear procedures, trained staff, and defined accountability structures. We work closely with local authorities and safeguarding partners to ensure young people are protected, supported, and heard at all times.

We focus on helping young people develop everyday skills, confidence, and stability. Support is tailored to each individual and may include:

Weekly key-work sessions
Practical life skills, including budgeting, cooking, and tenancy preparation
Support with education, training, or employment

Safeguarding-led support delivered by trained staff

Young people are actively involved in decisions about their support and home life through regular house meetings and feedback opportunities.
